Authentic PH Pianos
We hold the exclusive and worldwide license from the estate of Poul Henningsen for production, marketing and sales of all pianos designed by Poul Henningsen (PH). Royalties are remitted to the Henningsen family in accordance with our license.
There are 3 PH Piano models: the PH Upright Piano, the PH Bow Grand Piano and the glass lid PH Grand Piano. The 3 PH Piano models are being crafted in various editions.
All PH Pianos are being crafted by PH Pianos. On our behalf, however, the so-called Excellence edition of the glass lid PH Grand Piano is being built by the German piano maker called Blüthner. This single Excellence edition can be purchased through PH Pianos or some piano dealers selected by the Blüthner piano company.
Approved materials
Staying true to the original design, Staying true to original materials and colors, yet adaptation in line with environmental principles and requirements – keeping the value and making any authentic PH Piano an investment. We are your only guarantee that new PH Pianos crafted in-house by PH Pianos are made according to original Poul Henningsen design. Configuration: only we have knowledge about what kind of materials, finishes and colors are allowed to be used and in line with original Poul Henningsen design.
Only we have the communication and agreement with the PH family.
Authorized dealers
It is only dealers authorized by PH Pianos - and mentioned on this site - that have the right to promote and sell all PH Piano models!
It is also only the same dealers that have the right to use materials listed by PH Pianos. Use of our materials by others without clear consent by PH Pianos is a strict violation of our property rights.
Authenticity documents
PH Pianos is the only party to issue authenticity documents and guarantee that any configuration is in line with the license and the design .
We issue authenticity documents for every PH Piano being sold through us or by one of our authorized dealers.
The authenticity documents issued by PH Pianos are the only guarantee that the PH Piano will be a lifelong investment!
Poul Henningsen signature: ALWAYS LOOK OUT FOR THE Poul Henningsen signature. We’re not limited or constrained by a specific piano brand but we use the signature of the designer to inform us about the only original PH Pianos.
