2. Consultation

Meet a specialist in the showroom or in an online meeting. We review room acoustics, placement, access, finishes and usage. You’ll receive a written summary within 48 hours (TBC) with next steps.


3. Configure

Define materials and details: metals (brass/chrome), leather banding colour, wood species, frame accents (TBC). We provide physical swatches and/or digital renders (TBC) so you can approve confidently.


4. Craftsmanship

Production begins in Europe. Key highlights include European action and hand-finished frame details. You’ll receive progress updates at ~30/60/90% (TBC) with photos or short videos. Read more about craftsmanship


Before shipping, you confirm the final set-up: finishes, serial, QC photos. After approval, change requests may be limited and may incur fees (TBC). Payment milestone: 50% deposit at order / 50% pre-shipment (TBC).

5. Approve


Worldwide white-glove delivery. We plan access, floor load and route in advance; crate size/weight (mm/kg TBC). Installation includes placement and first tuning (TBC). Insurance and typical transit times are provided by region (TBC).

6. Delivery &
Installation


We recommend tuning twice in the first year, then annually (TBC). In-house service is available; up to 10-year warranty (TBC) - coverage and geography to be confirmed. Spare parts and finish-care guidance are included (TBC).
