    We always encourage you to visit our showroom and meet the people behind the PH Pianos. Our showroom is located in the very heart of Copenhagen and next to international galleries, jewelry stores, flagship shops of more international Danish design and furniture companies, the Danish Royal castle as well as Designmuseum Denmark where you can see more original designs of Poul Henningsen including one of the first PH Grand Pianos.

    At our showroom, we hold the full collection of PH Pianos and most often more pieces of each PH Piano model. We know that in many cases, a visit is not possible but we strongly recommend at least a virtual showroom tour / video walk-through that we organize and set up – we are proud of our 400 sqm (around 4,300 square feet) big showroom.

    We also display the only PH Piano Bench designed by Poul Henningsen as well as a new collection of unique design piano benches that match the PH Pianos.

    At our showroom we also exhibit the full collection of new furniture pieces designed by Poul Henningsen that we produce as part of our exclusive license with the Poul Henningsen family.

  • Configuration with materials, finishes and colors approved by the PH family

    We walk you through the various configuration options and we make sure to ask you all those questions that are necessary to make a configuration of your unique PH Piano that matches your interior settings and preferences.

    Please notice that we by very considered choice do not use the word “customization”. In close collaboration with the Poul Henningsen family, we have agreed on a catalog of materials and finishes that can be used and applied when crafting an authentic PH Piano.

    We can offer several options, but we cannot offer everything, and we are very conscious of that because we have developed the configuration options in order to preserve the original design and design philosophy of Poul Henningsen.

    That is all we care about and it is your guarantee that you always make a life-long investment in a truly authentic PH Piano!

  • Inclusivity – The beauty also lies within

    Every PH Piano is defined by its distinctive case and cabinet design - crafted with precision, authenticity, and materials approved by the Poul Henningsen family.
    Rather than emphasizing a specific piano brand, each instrument proudly carries the name PH Grand Piano, PH Bow Grand Piano, or PH Upright Piano.
    In creating these instruments, we work with pianos from various makers, embracing their individual histories, sound characteristics, and craftsmanship. This respectful approach allows every PH Piano to unite timeless Danish design with the unique musical soul of each instrument - always in harmony with the customer’s preferences.

  • Craftsmanship according to original design

    We do all cabinet work in-house, performed by the most highly skilled craftsmen dedicated and passionate about the PH Piano craftsmanship and we always work according to original design and by use of the materials approved by the designer’s family. This is decisive for having a PH Piano as also a life-long investment piece of art.

    Lead time for a new production is normally 16 – 28 weeks depending on specifications and configuration options and we are always able to inform correctly about any deviations from the production plan that we make for each PH Piano.

  • Upon time of completion and shipment

    Before wood crating for shipment, we inform you about the completion including pictures of your new life-long investment artwork. We coordinate the wood crating with your preferences and plan shipment accordingly and as agreed at the time of the order.

  • Delivery & Installation

    We always do wood crating in-house and make sure that any PH Piano will be shipped safely to avoid any damage (we have never experienced any transportation damage).

    We deliver worldwide and, in many ways, according to customer preferences. We have experience shipping PH Pianos to a lot of countries and definitely to all continents of the world.

    We can always organize white glove delivery at cost and with the help of local piano movers and / or we always like to be on the spot ourselves to make sure that everything is in perfect order.

    We use only the best and most highly skilled shipping agents for organizing the shipment on different incoterms and according to individual customer preferences.

    We have prepared the wood crating in such a way that the local installation at “your living room” can be managed very easily by any piano moving company.

  • Authenticity documents

    All authentic PH Pianos crafted by us come with a handmade (in Latvia) leather box that includes a 24ct tuning fork and documents that should always follow the unique PH Piano, including an authenticity document guaranteeing that it is an authentic PH Piano crafted according to original design and by ToneArt, the exclusive and worldwide holder of the license for production, marketing and sales.

    The authenticity document is signed by the CEO of ToneArt on behalf of the PH family and only we can apply the PH initials and the Poul Henningsen signature on our authentic PH Pianos.

    The leather box including the authenticity document is the only guarantee that any PH Piano is a life-long investment and should always be kept safely.

  • Maintenance & Warranty

    We offer 5 – 10 years of warranty on any new authentic PH Piano and warranty documents are delivered together with the authenticity documents in a handmade leather box.

    Please be informed that any PH Piano should be treated and maintained like any other high-end, traditional piano.

    We recommend the first piano tuning to take place around 4 – 6 weeks after installation and the work should be performed by any professional piano tuner.

    Please also be aware that the general rule for any piano / musical instrument is that the optimal room temperature is between 18 – 25 degrees Celsius or 65 – 77 degrees Fahrenheit. We strongly recommend following this general rule also for any PH Piano and we recommend trying to avoid direct sunshine on the piano as well.

    Ideally the room / indoor relative humidity should be between 40 – 60% for a piano and it is the most important rule to follow to protect your unique PH Piano!
