Design that Fits

The Contemporary Edition is visually light and sculptural in expression. Unlike the other editions of the PH Upright piano, the entire front panel of this instrument is composed of striking metal louvres. They are reminiscent of the famous lamp system Poul Henningsen also designed in the 1930s, and they can be customized with other metal finishes to suit a variety of aesthetics.

Even though its body is not as big as a grand piano, this PH Upright Piano has a superb sound quality which resonates from the louvres on the front panel of the instrument. It is wrapped in the signature leather banding found on all PH Pianos, and can be supplied with a self-playing system or silent player upon request.
